Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Prepare the cottage cheese by mixing it with a hand mixer until creamy.
- Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Sift the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into the mixture.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips if desired.
