  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or monk fruit syrup for keto-friendly version)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (check freshness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, use sugar-free variant)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Prepare the cottage cheese by mixing it with a hand mixer until creamy.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  4. Sift the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into the mixture.
